Overview

The story behind Hillside Villa

Systems installed

KNX lighting
Climate control
Motorised shading
Pool & landscape

The owners wanted a home that felt effortless across three floors and a large terraced garden. We designed a wired KNX backbone with discreet keypads in every room and a single app for the whole family.

Arrival, away and night scenes now span lighting, climate, curtains, the pool and the perimeter — so one tap prepares or secures the entire villa.
