Overview

The story behind Boutique Hotel Suites

Systems installed

Guest room management
PMS integration
Occupancy sensing
Energy dashboard

The property wanted every suite to feel intuitive the moment guests walk in, while cutting energy waste in empty rooms.

Bedside panels control lighting, climate, curtains and DND/MUR, rooms prepare themselves on check-in, and a central dashboard gives housekeeping and engineering live status across the property.
